How do I get my project started?

What if I don't see a design I like/want in your library?

I have several preferred sites for digital designs. If a new design needs to be purchased for your project, I typically split the cost with you.

How does mail-in service work?

You ship your top to me. Once I've completed the quilting, I ship back to you at your expense. I use either UPS or USPS. I will pick the most economical method unless you specify one over the other.

- What is your typical turnaround time?
- 1-2 weeks once I receive your quilt.
- Note, if there are any special orders (such as a specific batting) or any issues (such as the backing not being 8" longer and wider than the top), the timeline could be extended.

- Do you have a minimum charge?
- Yes, I have a $50 minimum for edge-to-edge quilting. This does not include batting. You can send several smaller items that go on the same backing to reach the $50.

Do you trim quilts after quilting?

No I don't. Unfortunately I do not have the space to trim your quilt.

When is payment due?

Once quilting is finished, prior to pickup or return shipping.

Do you charge sales tax?

If picked up from or shipped to an address within the state of Tennessee, I am required by law to collect sales tax on services provided and goods sold.

If shipped to an address outside of Tennessee, then I do not charge sales tax.
